What Pro costs you, against the calls you’re already missing.
One job a month you’d otherwise have missed usually covers it. Drag the sliders for your own numbers.
Pro is £99 a month plus 85p for every minute we answer — shown here at an average three-minute call, on the volume you set. The figure beside it is the value of the ones nobody picks up. An estimate of opportunity, not a guarantee.
What Magixis replaces, and what that costs you today.
We’ve been asked this every week for six months. Here’s the honest side-by-side, costed for a four-engineer firm taking 200 calls a month, averaging three minutes each, with three people in the office. Numbers from public price lists — last checked 15 August 2026.

Magixis is not the cheapest line on this table and we don’t try to be. What Pro does is answer every call at any hour, book the work while the caller is still on the line, and leave you a CRM the other three columns don’t. And it isn’t either-or: if you already have someone on the phones you like, start on Lite — no setup fee, no subscription — and have the agent cover evenings and weekends only, and pay nothing for the hours it isn’t needed.
Answered before you ask.
Time on an inbound call the agent answers and either books, quotes, takes a message, or transfers, billed by the minute. Sales calls and spam are filtered out before they count. Calls under five seconds (drops) don't count either. Outbound calls — reminders, confirmations — are included in the package.
No. There is no bucket of minutes to run out of and no overage rate. Calls run from 70p a minute. Lite is £1.35 a minute with no setup fee and no subscription — in a month with no calls you pay nothing at all. Pro is £99 a month plus 85p a minute. Command is £499 a month plus 70p a minute. Every answered minute is billed at the same posted rate, whether it's your third that month or your three-hundredth, and your dashboard shows the running count live.
Yes, and on Lite it's the most common way to start. You set the hours the agent answers and turn it on or off from the dashboard whenever you like. Keep your receptionist on the phones nine to five, and have Magixis pick up evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays. You're only billed for the minutes it actually answers, so a quiet week costs you next to nothing.
On price alone, Pro overtakes Lite at roughly 198 answered minutes a month — that's where £99 plus 85p a minute becomes cheaper than £1.35 a minute. We'll tell you when your volume crosses it rather than waiting for you to notice. Most people move sooner than that anyway, for the automated CRM rather than the rate.
The software and the people behind it: your automated CRM, your dashboard, the numbers, monthly tuning of the agent, and support. Lite has no platform fee because Lite is self-serve — you get the booking dashboard, settings and agent control, and we don't keep recordings or transcripts. On Pro the CRM alone is £79 a month if you bought it on its own.
Lite has no setup fee at all — you set it up yourself and you're live the same day. On Pro and Command the fee is paid once and covers the discovery week, building your agent, setting up your CRM and diary, and the launch. You don't pay it again, even if you upgrade tier or add a number later. The only thing that would re-trigger it is a complete vertical change (e.g. you sell the plumbing business and buy a salon).
Cancel any month with 30 days' notice on Pro and Command — we bill you for the notice period, then stop. On Lite there's nothing to cancel: switch the agent off and the billing stops that day. Either way your number routes back to wherever you tell us. We don't keep your data, we don't keep your recordings, we don't keep your customers' details — we delete it all within 14 days and send you a written confirmation.
The first 50 accounts hold the rates on this page for 24 months from go-live, in writing on your order form. If you're already with us, nothing on your account moves during your lock — we won't raise a price you've already agreed.
Yes — 10% off the platform fee for 12 months upfront, 15% off for 24 months. Call charges are always billed for what we actually answered, so there's nothing to prepay there. We post this because there's no benefit to keeping it secret: you save money, we get cashflow.
A seat is one person working inside your Magixis CRM and dashboard. Pro includes one seat, then £49 each. Command includes five, then £69 each — dearer because a Command seat carries automated task allocation and productivity tracking that a Pro seat doesn't. Add or remove seats any month; we bill for what you had. Lite has no seats.
On Command, every branch or site reports into one view: calls answered, jobs allocated, who picked them up, and how each site is tracking against the others. It's the reason chains and multi-site operators take Command rather than several Pro accounts. Start with a 30-minute call on the demo page.
Command is the top published tier and covers most chains and multi-site operators. Above it — more than eight sites or 2,000+ calls a month — pricing is quoted. Book a 30-minute call on the demo page and bring your call volumes.
